We provide evidence-based client-oriented psychotherapy for children, adolescents, families, and adults. We offer parenting consultation and court-mandated services. Through psychotherapy, we hope to support you in fostering your strengths, increasing insights, and living an adaptive lifestyle. We also offer immigration, international adoption, and worker's compensation assessments for adults only.

ABOUT US
Meet Jessica Yu, Psy.D
Dr. Jessica Yu is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. Dr. Jessica Yu has been working at Kaiser Permanente, practicing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She also practices family system therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Christian faith-based counseling. Dr. Jessica Yu has specific training and interests in assessment and interventions for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anger management, chronic depression, anxiety, attachment trauma, learning difficulties, and adolescent/child behavioral problems.
Fun Facts:
Jessica was born and raised in Taiwan. She loves unsweetened boba tea! She enjoys basketball games, and she does statistics analysis on games! Jessica’s favorite basketball player is Kobe Bryant. So it makes sense she loves her work and has a true passion for it.
